Qualified Written Requests:

Qualified Written Requests are required to be submitted to 'Oceanside Mortgage Company , 500 S Broad St Suite 100A Meriden, Ct 06450 Att: Customer Care Escalations'. When Oceanside Mortgage is in receipt of a Qualified Written Request (as defined by RESPA), an acknowledgment notice is sent within five (5) business days and we will respond to you within thirty (30) business days of receipt of your written notice, unless otherwise defined by RESPA guidelines.

Fannie Mae Escalated Complaints:

When Oceanside Mortgage is in receipt of an escalated complaint (as defined by the investor), an acknowledgment notice is sent within three (3) business days and is followed by a response within 30 business days.
